If your order is faulty on arrival, you will be entitled to an exchange, replacement or a full refund upon confirmation that there is a fault. Please advise us of this ASAP with your order number as reference. Where necessary, we will arrange to collect the faulty items and replace as quick as possible.

The deliveries may come to you on either our supplier’s transport or a appointed courier who will contact you to arrange delivery on our behalf.

Northern Ireland and some islands off the mainland are priced on application for home delivery. Arrangements can be made for International deliveries or to Dublin & N. Ireland, Isle of Man, Jersey & Guernsey, Outer Hebrides & Shetland, Isle Of Wight. These will be priced accordingly to weight and number of parcels.

Bank Holidays Are Subject to additional days lead time due to warehouse closures on bank holidays

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland/Channel Islands/The Scottish Highlands/Isle of Wight?

If we are able to deliver the product you require, additional transport costs will apply, we will be able to confirm this to you. These additional costs are based on the manufacturer, destination and distributor or courier providing the shipping on our behalf. We will contact you to advise before any order is confirmed or processed. AB, IV, KW, PA will all incur an additional charge based on volume and weight..
